Shipping Policy​
Welcome to Elm Grove Outdoors! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience for all your purchases.
Shipping Costs​
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or an exchange. An original receipt is required for all returns and store credits. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that appear to have been worn, altered, or not in their original condition.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale items CANNOT be returned.

Koozies, decals, tumblers, are non-returnable, non-refundable and CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at elmgroveoutdoors4@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

If you are shipping an item back, we suggest using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
